SHIPPING
We ship within the continental United States only. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. Shipping is a flat $12.50 per order.
Every item is made to order. Please allow 5–10 working days (Monday–Friday) for us to create and prepare your order. Carrier transit normally takes an additional 2–5 working days. Estimated total delivery time is 7–15 business days. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. All shipments are insured.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because our products are personalized and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please email clear photographs of the damaged item, all packaging, and the shipping label to gerald@mobilemonogram.com so we can submit the insurance claim and assist you. Please keep the item and packaging until the claim is resolved.
