When you order from Monogrammobile.com, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order's shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. The total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: Most Items if ordered Monday Thru Sunday will ship the following Friday, Local pickups are usually ready to pick up the following Saturday or Sunday 9:30 am till 4:30 pm.  On custom orders, it may take longer. Either way, we will send you an email to let you know when your order will be shipped or be ready to pick up.

Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

We use Priority Mail for all shipments!
